Privacy Policy

How we handle visitor and business-contact data, and how to exercise your rights.

Controller and contact

Mobilitas Magna j.d.o.o. za usluge, Ulica Ivana Šibla 17, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, company ID (OIB) 48345455377, operates AdRide Media. For privacy questions and rights requests, email [email protected] or write to this postal address.

Business inquiries and bookings

Through email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you send: your name, business, contact details, inquiry and advertising materials. We use it to reply, prepare a quote and deliver an agreed campaign. For individuals contracting personally, the basis is pre-contractual steps and the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for a business's contact persons, our legitimate interest in business communication and delivering the service (6(1)(f)). Accounting and tax records are processed to meet legal obligations (6(1)(c)). Providing information is voluntary, but without the necessary contact and campaign details we cannot reply or prepare a quote. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Website visits and security

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. It processes technical request data such as IP address, access time, requested URL and browser details to establish connections, prevent abuse and investigate faults. Our legitimate interest is a secure, available website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The website has no advertising pixels or embedded chat. The calculator does not submit an inquiry: email and WhatsApp open only when selected, and you send the message yourself.

Analytics and browser storage

According to the last verified Cloudflare configuration, Web Analytics does not load its measurement script for EU visitors. Outside the EU, Cloudflare may collect aggregate visit and performance data without analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. Notice and logo-motion preferences are described in the Cookie Policy.

Cloud, screens and vehicle location

Authorised Cloud users manage screens and advertising. The system may process login and security records, screen names and identifiers, SIM and network details, device status and ad-playback records. For diagnostics it may record the type and time of a Play Store or Google Play services crash or unresponsive event, without sending the complete system log. When location is enabled, it receives measured coordinates, time, source and estimated accuracy. Location supports the map, location-based ads, approximate weather, brightness and movement checks for updates. Depending on its connection to a vehicle or driver, this information may be personal data. We use it to provide the agreed service and, where applicable, for our legitimate interest in secure operation and screen management; roles and legal bases depend on the contractual relationship.

Location, map and weather providers

If Google network location is enabled, the device may use Wi-Fi and mobile-network information through Google services to determine its position. When an administrator opens a map, the browser requests OpenStreetMap tiles; the map provider may see the browser's IP address and requested map area. For weather, the Cloud sends MET Norway approximate coordinates of the selected city centre; older app versions may send rounded area coordinates. The screen's exact location is not sent. Network connections also pass through the relevant telecommunications or Wi-Fi provider.

Who may receive data

Access is limited to people handling your inquiry or campaign. Cloudflare provides hosting and network protection; Google provides Gmail, and WhatsApp Ireland provides WhatsApp if you choose that channel. Telephone operators carry calls. An accounting provider may receive information needed for invoices, and authorities where required by law. Communication providers process some data under their own policies. We do not sell your data.

Transfers outside the EEA

Cloudflare, Google and WhatsApp use international infrastructure, so processing may include countries outside the European Economic Area, including the US. Their policies describe applicable transfer mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions for covered organisations or Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for information about the provider and safeguards relevant to your communication channel. We do not claim all processing takes place exclusively in the EU.

Retention

For inquiries that do not lead to a booking, retention is linked to negotiations and closure: acceptance or rejection of a quote, withdrawal of the inquiry or completion of discussions. After closure, only correspondence needed for a specific legal claim is retained until the applicable limitation period ends. Contracts, tax and accounting records are kept for their respective statutory periods. The Cloud retains the latest reported position and device information for management, while statistics and audit records do not all have a fixed automatic deletion period. Raw playback records already aggregated into statistics are scheduled for removal after 90 days. Security records are linked to investigating and resolving a specific incident and the infrastructure provider's retention limits. Browser-storage periods are listed separately in the Cookie Policy.

Deletion on request

On your request, we delete personal data where the conditions for erasure under GDPR Article 17 are met. Send your request to [email protected]. If some information must be retained to meet a legal obligation, perform a current contract or establish, exercise or defend legal claims, we will explain the reason and retention period. We inform you of the action taken without undue delay and within one month; if a legally permitted extension is necessary, we explain the reason and revised deadline within that month. We also delete information that is no longer needed without a separate request.

Your rights

You may request access and correction, and, where legal conditions apply, erasure, restriction or portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email your request to us; proportionate identity checks may be needed to protect your information. We respond within one month, subject to a legally permitted extension of which we notify you. We do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Complaints

If you believe your data is handled unlawfully, you may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). You do not have to contact us first.
