OF USE

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use apply to all users of the ad-ride-media.com website and clients using the advertising services of AdRide Media (Mobilitas Magna j.d.o.o., Zagreb). By using the website or services you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Advertising services

AdRide Media provides digital advertising services via screens in taxi vehicles in Zagreb. Services include:

• Display of video ads on screens in taxi vehicles
• Monthly reporting on impression counts
• Technical support and content management

3. Contract conclusion

Ugovor o pružanju usluga oglašavanja sklapa se pisanim putem (email ili fizički dokument) između AdRide Media i klijenta. Ugovor stupa na snagu danom potpisa ili pisane potvrde obiju strana.

Sve cijene navedene na web stranici su okvirne. Konačna cijena definira se ugovorom.

4. Client obligations

The client undertakes to:

• Deliver the ad in the correct format and within the agreed deadline
• Ensure the ad does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Ensure the ad is not offensive, false or unlawful in any way
• Pay for the service within the period stated on the invoice (no later than 15 days)
• Notify AdRide Media promptly of any changes

5. Prohibited content

AdRide Media reserves the right to refuse or remove an ad that:

• Contains political, religious or offensive content
• Promotes tobacco, alcohol or gambling without legally required warnings
• Infringes copyright, trademarks or third-party rights
• Contains false or misleading claims
• Is not in compliance with Croatian legislation and EU regulations

6. Payment and cancellation

Payment is due monthly in advance within 15 days of the invoice date.

Klijent može otkazati uslugu s otkaznim rokom od 15 kalendarskih dana prije isteka obračunskog perioda, pisanom obavijesti na email adresu AdRide Media.

U slučaju kašnjenja s plaćanjem dužeg od 30 dana, AdRide Media reserves the right to temporarily suspend ad display until the outstanding balance is settled.

7. Liability and warranties

AdRide Media guarantees ad display in accordance with agreed parameters, but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (increased sales, new clients, etc.).

AdRide Media is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by force majeure, vehicle breakdowns or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, missed display time is compensated by extending the campaign.

The client is solely responsible for the ad content and its legality.

8. Intellectual property

All website content (texts, graphics, logos, design) is the property of Mobilitas Magna j.d.o.o. and protected by copyright. Reproduction without written consent is not permitted.

The client retains all rights to the delivered advertising materials; AdRide Media uses them solely for the agreed display.

9. Personal data protection

Obrada osobnih podataka regulirana je našom Privacy Policy, koja je sastavni dio ovih Uvjeta.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. The parties shall endeavour to resolve all disputes amicably. In the event of judicial resolution, the court in Zagreb has jurisdiction.

11. Changes to the Terms

AdRide Media reserves the right izmjene ovih Uvjeta uz obavijest klijentima najmanje 15 dana unaprijed. Nastavak korištenja usluge nakon stupanja izmjena na snagu smatra se prihvaćanjem novih Uvjeta.
